I received a call directly from HR for a telephone interview. They asked me about my job profile and work attitude in my current company, and they provided feedback about their company's work.

Waste of time. High-level position, only internal transfer, no hope. Four interviews. Once reached the offer stage, they said it was internally hired. This has happened four times with three different countries: Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand.

The web test consists of a general test and an interview based on your CV. If you claim to know a technology, they will provide a specific expert to assess your knowledge.
