• New technology products are interesting.

• The attitude of Indian NSN has changed a lot. Employees get nothing other than salary. They have cut everything just by taking the name of cost cutting.
• The work culture has changed a lot. It's so stressful these days. It doesn't sound like a Finnish company.
• Real estate is the biggest joke at this moment. Two people are allotted per seating desk, citing cost cutting. There is no place to breathe either. Such a cramped workspace have I seen in my 7 years of experience.

If management does not relieve these workspace-related issues and other benefits employees used to receive, slowly people will have to switch, as there is no other option.
