It's been one year at NOKIA. I'm working as a Java developer. The working culture is good, but from a learning perspective, it depends on the team you are in.
Sometimes there is pressure, and sometimes there is not.
Interview went well but poor HR management. Legacy projects with old technologies and Nokia's own framework are used mostly in all the projects. Core Java and XML are mainly used.
2 Technical and 1 HR round. DS, Linked List, Stacks, Queues, OS, C basics. Q1: What is Pragma? Q2: Stacks using queues and queue using stack coding question. Q3: OS questions.
Nothing as a standard; it depends on the person interviewing. Sometimes managers take interviews of architects and release offers.
