Pros

Decent salary and benefits.

Some real smart people to work with who, even now, are still fighting every day to help Nokia win in the marketplace.

Cons

The Arlington Heights campus just isn't valued by senior management. Senior management doesn't recognize talent or innovation. They are blinded by the idea of cheap outsource labor. The Product Management team is very poor and can only sell what we don't have.

Advice to Management

Retain your experienced talent. Wise up to the fact that one experienced US engineer is worth way more than a dozen incompetent Foxconn engineers. Focus on operational excellence, technical talent, and meeting schedules.
