Cons: * The work being done has no planning associated with it, which causes unnecessary expectations to be set and a huge number of issues. * The work assigned specifically to the Indian office seems very close to busy work and nothing else. * The work culture is quite toxic with a lot of office politics between managers and employees.

Pros: I love my team, and the work I do ships to users often.

Cons: We work a lot of hours, and people here care a lot about getting things right. Definitely not rest and vest.

Pros: - A very passionate user base, known product-market fit, and strong growth as a company - Lots of autonomy given to engineers of all levels, and the ability to learn more each and every day - Fantastic culture, where going into the office (min. required) 2 days per week really builds a strong culture that I don't think you'd get without it, and employees are so friendly, helpful, and collaborative

Cons: Fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous plans may not be for everyone.
