Pros: Great experience and good learning.

Cons: There are no such cons that I want to bring up.

Pros: When I first joined, I was so excited to work with some of the most clever, enthusiastic, and stylish people that I had ever worked with. The product was great, and it felt awesome to contribute meaningfully and have a positive impact.

Cons: As the company grew larger though came growing pains: a lack of transparency from product and people managers, scrutinizing "unlimited" PTO from up top, credit taking and non-cooperation, confusing reorgs, and a lack of internal promo. All these things led to an environment without psychological safety, and one by one I saw my favorite people and top talent leaving. Additionally, features were constantly released half-baked, and never followed up on or polished; instead, deadlines moved fast and arbitrarily, and AI features were crammed into every surface of the product at the expense of user experience and trust.

Pros: Love it! The product is killer, and so is the team!

Cons: Nothing of note. Sometimes we get overwhelmed with work, which spills over to the weekends. But that is the way of life at a fast growing startup.
