Process
The hiring process needs to be improved and revisited. It has to be the worst process that I have seen so far.
I interviewed in May 2024 and completed the hiring manager round. I was not given an offer with feedback, as there was a better candidate.
I received a call again in July 2024, saying there was one more opportunity. I had to give a couple of rounds and was rejected again, citing requirement changes and that a few things didn’t align. This could have been checked beforehand instead of wasting time and resources.
