Notion is doing well and growing a lot, which means it draws many ambitious and driven people as there are a lot of opportunities.
The product is well-loved by its community.

There could be more focus on building a culture in the engineering org. Everyone is professional, helpful, and collaborative, but it could be nice to have more connection to people in eng outside of just work too. It's not one of those places where people hang out with each other all the time, but I think that could be a good thing too, since it means more work-life balance and less pressure to socialize for those who cannot or would prefer not to.
Focus on growing Notion in a healthy and sustainable way.
