- The team is friendly and supportive.
- There are many opportunities for career growth here. The manager encourages curiosity and enthusiasm and always supports any initiatives taken by the team or individuals.
- Projects are really good, and the manager always follows up with each individual to check if they are enjoying their work. If not, the manager tries to find a project where the individual can excel. That is something which I have never seen in my past companies.
- Benefits are amazing, and we get free snacks, meals, and outings every month.
- I don't have any - for me, Notion is the best place to work in India.
