Pros: The revenue is fast growing, which is recognized and appreciated by the investors. The founder is thoughtful and considerate; Ivan formed his philosophy on design, business, and management. Almost every big decision is well thought out and documented. If you want to learn how to found and grow a startup, this is the perfect place. The culture is inclusive, and people are very close to each other. In terms of representation, this is probably the most diversified company that I've ever worked for.

Cons: It has all the growing pains as other fast-growing startups: frequent reorgs, tension between velocity and engineering quality, and blurred boundaries of responsibility.

Pros: Has great leadership that is always thinking about how to innovate.

Cons: Could use more structure in the day-to-day planning.
