- Extremely smart people
- Company that seems genuinely good: founders are generous and kind, and employees get money to donate. Good deeds which feel genuine (not token/for show).
- Everyone uses Notion daily and cares deeply about the product.
- I really like that everyone goes into the office. The sense of camaraderie is great.
- Employees are well taken care of -- lunch is provided, and the snack game is on point.
- The product feels like a net positive for the world.
- Fast paced (in a good way -- people here care about their craft and want to better themselves).
- Comp second only to a select few quant firms
I like the office-first culture, but this probably isn't the company for you if you prefer remote work.
