- Notion is building an inclusive and cozy environment where people feel belonging and care about each other very much. Everyone is willing to share and help others with anything they know.
- The engineering group is growing fast, and there are tons of interesting challenges to tackle. We are moving fast, and we split the work into small tasks so that we can finish it in days, and usually a PR can be done within 1-2 days.
- The founders are humble and know the product very well. They have a clear vision of the product and the strategy to achieve the company's goals.
- We are still small, and there are a lot of challenges that we need to figure out how to do. Many times we will have to define processes, and find solutions by learning while working at full speed.
- Keep hiring great people. Make it clearer of the company's vision, and especially the product roadmap, and have a solid execution plan to finish those product features as quickly as possible.
- Keep the good company culture, and keep the feedback channel open as it is now.
