Referred by friend, was contacted for a phone interview - honestly seemed like they didn't read my resume at all, and just asked questions about the job. Didn't seem like questions that an intern who didn't specialize in the field would know about. Extremely difficult interview, and I was disappointed with the interview questions.

Pros: Maybe food, shuttle, and compensation.
Cons: No respect for fellow colleagues, unkind managers, and no work-life balance.
Everything is passed to the IC in the name of ownership. Management is always busy saving themselves and blaming fellow colleagues or subordinates in the name of flat culture.
Even you cannot raise anonymous complaints. If you do, they will put you in front of the person.
If you think about talking with HR about the system, instead of trying to fix it, they will ask you to focus on the work or say common things like you are new to the system and need time to blend into the process.
Not recommended to anyone.

Pros: - Working at Nvidia is great experience for me.
- Co-workers and management have a single vision for the team deliverables. That's the best part here – working as a team.
- HR benefits are top-notch and employee-friendly.
- Self-driven, freedom to work and explore.
Cons: - None that I can think of.
