Pros: Everyone at the Durham office is super friendly and welcoming.
Great health insurance for an intern. Was able to get teeth fillings & allergy tests at great costs.
Work is challenging with plenty of help from mentor & manager.
Flexible hours.
Can work hybrid.
Cons: Pretty much need a car to go to the office. There is a bus, but there is a 0.5-mile walk from the nearest bus stop, which is unideal.
It's difficult to find furnished housing. Pretty much need an Airbnb.

Cons: The work was remote, so you didn't really have any chances to interact with others in real life.
