Pros: Challenging projects, new features added every chip, and smart/creative people around you.
Tegra is in its evolving phase, with lots of new and technically challenging tasks, providing good opportunities to expand your technical skill-set.
Cons: It's very difficult to manage work-life balance in a lot of teams.
Aggressive timelines, a lot of tasks, more work assigned per individual. Some teams have an enormous amount of work while some are relaxed.
Frequent roadmap changes. The company's vision is not very clear sometimes to the employees.

Pros: - Great work environment (Everyone is really friendly).
- Non-hierarchical structure (Even the highest tier of management is easily accessible to anyone and is always open to suggestions).
- Very good compensation and benefits (One of the best by market standard).
- No needless professional training period for new college graduates (Learn on the go).
- Lots of opportunities for inventions and inventors.
- Great infrastructure and laboratory facilities.
Cons: Shortage of conference rooms during peak hours
