Process

A standard whiteboard interview where they asked me a bunch of algorithms/data structures questions.

They also went over my grades sheet, as I was a recent graduate back then.

Asked some questions about open source contributions and described their jobs and what I'm expected to do.

Questions

Calculate the nth Fibonacci number recursively, with a bunch of follow-up questions. I tried to convince them I had a bug in my code, to check how I respond to stress and get me to run the program manually on the whiteboard to prove to them there is no bug.
