I had one phone interview and five on-site interviews.
Five interviewers interviewed me back-to-back for four hours.
The phone interview lasted nearly 45-50 minutes.
Each on-site round was for 45-50 minutes without any breaks.
The HR services there were pathetic. After six emails and two phone calls from my side, which they didn't answer, they gave me the result without any solid reason.
If I was not fit for the role, why did they keep me hanging for nearly a month without any intermediate update?
If it takes so much time to make a decision, I doubt the skills of the hiring team.
