Process
The interview process consisted of two stages.
The first stage was a one-hour. Then they invited to the second stage, which was an on-site interview lasting approximately four hours and consisting of multiple technical interview sessions.
Questions
Basic DFT basics like:
- Freq divider with different duty cycle
- Mux design
- Faults detect patterns
- Counter design with minimum number of flops
- Circuit given, calculate critical freq
- Feedback circuit timing, how setup and hold affect setup and hold
- Puzzle based on probability
- Real-time major debugs done to showcase your ability

Pros: A lot of talented people and a lot to learn.
Good facilities.
The more you work, the more you get paid, independent of work experience.
Cons: Nothing much. But the flow is a little hectic. Simple things are made much complicated with flows and internal tools.
