CompOff depends on the manager when working on weekends or extra hours.

Cons: Switching jobs internally might be difficult. Some managers behave like a service company manager and depend on teams, but that's not bad, to be honest. The complex environment is made more complex by old and legacy processes, and the inability to adapt new processes without disrupting the old ones. This leads to not being able to learn much. Training is not great. There's no bonus, and stocks are always fluctuating, which is not great. There are no team outings and only one party in a year. There are not many negative factors, and all are bearable.
