Pros: Nvidia knows what its focus is. It only takes on business ventures in which it has a unique competitive advantage, and says no to other (potentially lucrative) ventures. It invests in far-horizon projects to create markets that didn't exist before (e.g., CUDA, Jetson robotics, etc.). As a result, it has a years-long lead on competitors, ensuring its future profitability. This is a company where you will hold onto your stock options till retirement. One cool bonus of the intern program is that they let you participate in the employee stock purchase plan, buying stock at a 15% discount (if your end date lines up with the stock purchase date). Also, during my remote internship, they sent three different care packages. Jensen cares hugely about the employees and their families, and it's his goal to make Nvidia the place that brilliant minds can come to do their life's work.

Cons: None that I can think of.

Pros: There is a great work-life balance.

Cons: Work is not good. Too much documentation and internal politics. Don't just focus on the salary part. There are no opportunities to learn and grow.

Pros: Great place to work. Good pay.

Cons: Sometimes I feel like participating in the same race again and again.
