Pros: Company does very well for its employees. You have a voice at work and can get interesting challenges. People have worked there for years and know the deal very deeply, and they are open to sharing their knowledge.
Cons: Some people need to feel something new outside the company to get new experience.

Pros: Very intelligent people and good projects so the learning curve is sharp.
Cons: I personally did not enjoy working with my mentor. She was probably mentoring for the first time. I felt she could have been a little more encouraging and patient. Nevertheless, it's a company where talent is valued.
Long working hours. However, I did not mind it as I enjoyed my work.
