Pros: The pay is above average for the industry. Work hours are flexible, unless you have to go to meetings, of course. Another upside is you get to experience many different types of jobs, moving around from team to team. You don't just get stuck with a very specific job.
Cons: You must put in a lot of hours. You will definitely have to work overtime, and you are expected to. Employees staying until midnight is not an uncommon occurrence.

Pros: You get to work on amazing tech every single day. The learning is continuous, and you become a part of Nvidia's SOL (Speed of Light) culture.
Cons: Work-life balance may take a hit, and depending on who you are, you might get stressed. You may not be able to leave your work behind.
If you are looking for something easy, this is far from that. If challenge drives you, boy, you are in the exact right place.
