A recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn. I sent my resume, and within days, I was contacted to have an on-site, one-hour interview with an engineer.
The interview was simple. I was asked about what I do in my current job, then the discussion quickly moved to technical questions in C++, even though the position I was applying for was for SystemVerilog.
I was asked to solve/find the number of 1s in a given integer number in C++.
This was an unexpected question since the position is for SystemVerilog only.
