Pros: If you're either a gamer or a hardware geek, then NVIDIA is a company I'd heavily recommend. Internship experiences can widely vary depending on your team, mentor, and manager. Some interns rarely see their mentors, either because they work at a separate office or simply because they are elusive. Personally, my mentor and entire team were almost always within earshot, which made for a much more inclusive environment. There's no shortage of work to do, so chances are if you're unsatisfied with your project, your mentor can find something better suited for you.

Cons: The only disappointment I had working at NVIDIA was that there weren't as many juicy perks, discounts, and benefits as I had hoped, especially for interns. For instance, * there is no real gym on campus nor slides made of primary colors. * Graphics card discounts are also unimpressive. * The food at the cafes is neither free nor particularly good.
