A recruiter reached out to schedule an interview with the hiring manager. It took a week to schedule.
The hiring manager was very friendly and told me what I would be working on: a RAG agentic model integrated with their internal tools.
I felt like I answered everything perfectly. The manager said we would talk again very soon.
I sent a thank you and followed up a week later. I received an email stating I didn't get the job.
