I had a phone interview after submitting my resume at a career fair on my university campus.
The process was very good; the HR representatives were responsive and quick.
The phone interview lasted one hour and included basic questions on algorithms and operating systems, as well as questions like: "What was the most challenging aspect of your academic projects?" and "How did you deal with it?"
Initially, at the career fair, I was asked to complete a basic written test, which was fairly simple.
