Pros: Too many to list, but I am listing the top 5:
* Mr. Jensen Huang - He is effective, efficient, down to earth, funny, and the best CEO.
* Company culture
* Market fit to products
* Terrific campus
* Employees first culture - Many companies say it, but NVIDIA executes this. Every aspect of the campus and support system is thoughtfully laid out.
Cons: I think NVIDIA needs to look at productivity tools holistically and assess if there are opportunities to level up. Example: Notion over SharePoint, anything over MS products, etc.
