First, a phone call with the team manager, then you got to pass the online assessment (basically easy OA level). Then, first technical interview, then second interview, then HR interview.

Pros: Amazing company to work for, one of the best, if not the best, with the following aspects:
* Salary: If you leave the company, it is good.
* Stocks: A lot of them are worth it.
* Stock plans to invest in.
* Everything is free to learn (Udemy, LinkedIn, etc.).
* New building with a cool design.
* You're changing the world!
Cons: A lot of stress.
Some rude people.
If you move internal, they will treat you with low priority. Not a pleasant move, with a very low salary and stocks. Not fair.
