I recently interviewed for a senior engineering leadership role and had a very poor experience.

The recruiter rescheduled four times and eventually booked an interview three weeks later. They then informed me that my point of contact was going to change and passed me off to another recruiter.

Eventually, I spoke to the hiring manager. After recognizing that my background was effectively what they were looking for, they stated that Nvidia is very competitive and, in a condescending manner, asked me if I was open to a lower position before even interviewing me.

Perhaps this was a one-off, but this is definitely not the way to represent Nvidia. Very disappointing.
