The interview process consisted of a video interview and a phone interview, each lasting 30 minutes. The video interview came first and was behavioral. The phone interview took place a few days later, and I was asked more technical questions.

Pros: Nice products. Very open culture (do whatever you want). People are helping. Management maintains transparency.
Cons: Only focus is work. No enjoyment.
No documentation. Flows and methodologies are very old.
