First Phase:
Phone interview with the Director about the position and product.
Second Phase:
One-day 1:1 interview at NVIDIA Würselen with the HR Director, the Director, and engineers – great people, apart from one very sarcastic person. Technical and very creative discussion focusing mainly on high-speed PCB design, EMC considerations, and company standards in PCB design. Other questions concerned my work.
The company is located next to a nice little hotel. NVIDIA reimburses the costs.
The biggest drawback is the area, which is not so nice to live in and is quite boring. There are far more attractive places to work in Germany, especially in Bavaria.

Pros: Really the best place to be if you are focused on graphics.
If you love Linux, work here.
Huge presence in the 3D animation world.
Jen-Hsun Huang is still at the helm of the ship and is an inspiring leader.
Cons: Political in-fighting distracts from putting out the best product.
Not completely honest with customers/users about product defects and resolutions, yet still dedicated to resolving those root cause problems.
Windows drivers have been plagued with problems since Vista.
Jensen can't be on every project.

Pros: Surrounded by lots of very smart people who are extremely passionate about their work.
Challenging problems to work on.
Dynamic work environment with rapidly-changing technical challenges and market conditions.
Solid products that are easy to be proud of, and frequently products you would use yourself.
Cons: The company sells products to teenage boys, and sometimes this unfortunately carries over into allowing people (even managers, even senior management) to act like teenage boys on the job -- immature, male-dominated, sometimes bullying, and with low diversity.
The deadlines can be very challenging. I'm not sure it's a great place for work/life balance.
