Overall, it was not so great. I was interviewed for a Cloud and Kubernetes profile, yet I hardly had any questions related to that.
I had a video conference interview for the Pune location for the autonomous car division.
The HR didn't share feedback for more than two weeks. A reminder on that confirmed that I was not selected.
They don't have any respect for others' time.
I was interviewed by very junior folks, around 5 years of experience. It felt like an interview for a candidate with 3-5 years of experience, but not for an experienced one.
Interviewers were very casual and viewed the candidate with typical high expectations, expecting answers that suited them. You are in if you match their answers, else out!
So, watch out before giving any interview with them!
