Pros: It's a fast-moving, highly technical work environment. There's no worry about getting bored.
There are lots of opportunities to take on more responsibilities and to advance. Employees are well-compensated and there are very good benefits.
Movement within the company, after a reasonable amount of time, is encouraged and is, in fact, the norm.
After 8 years at NVIDIA, it's clear that the culture of honesty, accountability, and fairness is real.
Cons: The things that make it interesting and sometimes exciting can also make it stressful.
New product introductions and new versions happen at a rapid pace, and training and documentation sometimes lag behind a little, making it challenging to answer customer questions.
