I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months.
The process is very long and there is no feedback of any kind. Even once you have completed one panel interview (there were 6 for me), there is no communication from the recruiters. 3 or 4 or 5 weeks go by and crickets. It is emotionally taxing trying to balance wanting to work at Nvidia and also trying to consider other jobs and companies.
Would love your thoughts on this transition, moving from a role of senior leadership to now applying to an IC role. Are you prepared for the transition, and how do you see that working out?
