There was a written test which consisted of quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, OS, and programming.
After that, there were two technical rounds, followed by managerial and HR rounds.
Using quant and LR for judging people with 3 years of experience isn't entirely fair. Those who have trained for the CAT or GMAT have a clear advantage.
