Process
The interview process has been extremely long, including telephonic and onsite rounds. This process can certainly take around 2 to 3 months, which is excessive.
However, the worst part is that after this lengthy process and receiving very positive feedback from the interviews, it turned out that the position, along with many other open positions (over 300), had been closed. This was apparently due to a general hiring freeze, likely connected with the discouraging financial results of Q4 2019.
