Pros: Yes, you don't have to worry about no tasks. Everyday, there are a huge amount of tasks waiting for you. If you want to really take efforts, learn and dig into something, this will benefit you a lot. There are many senior engineers at NVIDIA, from whom you can definitely learn a lot.

Cons: NVIDIA is a world-famous company; however, it is not as cool as it sounds working here. I'm comparing it with some companies with equivalent reputations in the industry. The base salary and bonus are lower than many Bay Area companies. Benefits are not attractive. The working environment is not so good: only drinking water is free! I cannot comment on the overall management, but my manager is definitely doing too much micromanagement. If you are only attracted by its "fame," be careful with your offer choice. You definitely have many better choices around the Bay Area. Just look on Glassdoor and find companies rated higher than it! This really helps!

Pros: Opportunity to work on some of the coolest and hottest stuff in tech, all in one place. Opportunity to work on problems ranging from microcontrollers to "SUPER" computers. Team approach - "No one is allowed to fail alone." Smart engineers. Awesome work-life balance. And an awesome CEO.

Cons: Poor compensation. Top-tier engineers are at least 30-40% underpaid compared to the competition.

Pros: Gaming stuff! :) Great cafeteria. They care about their employees, unlike most companies.

Cons: Overall lower average pay compared to other companies in the industry.
