Pros: Colleagues are great and easy to talk to. Everyone is there to give a helping hand whenever you need it. Even though I was an intern, I was treated equally, and I wasn't given a meaningless job. I had lots of things to do and learn as well. Working hours were flexible, and I could also do some work from home, which came in handy at times when I wasn't able to go to the office. All in all, a very pleasant experience for me. I would highly recommend it to anyone that wants to work hard and get acknowledged for it.

Cons: Can't think of any. I had an excellent relationship with everyone on my team, and everyone I communicated with in the office was friendly. Maybe just a bit more diversity in the kitchen.

Pros: Nvidia is one of the biggest companies in Pune and offers probably the best salary in that city. The work culture is good, with flexible timings, but most employees do not show up for work until almost 11 am. Since the day starts late for most employees, it ends as late as 9 pm (9 pm would be considered an early day, I suppose).

Cons: Since it is an offshore development center, there isn't a lot of innovation happening here. Mostly the job would include doing high-visibility bug fixes.

Pros: Smart people, interesting product, great benefits.

Cons: I'm not sure I can think of any.
