Pros: Good infrastructure; a lot of interesting projects; the company is on the peak of technology; a lot of very smart, talented people work here; good salary; stocks are going up.
Cons: Lack of personal space; the company has a policy to "reunite" everybody in open space. No Google, Facebook-style campus benefits like free food or chilling zones.
