They asked behavioral and technical questions.
I got the interview through an employee referral. The recruiter contacted me, and then we went forward from there.

Pros: A very progressive company, they keep pushing the frontline of this industry and come up with new, awesome products each year. I worked in the Mobile department. The working hours were flexible, and you could WAH (work from home), however, most people there worked overtime.
Cons: Project managers most of the time have no idea about the workload you have. That makes job assignment uneven across the team.
