Interviewer was not engaged or interested in the process.
Admin had problems coordinating the interview. It was quite painful to set up the initial interview; it took four go-arounds.

Pros: The project I’ve been working on is so cool. I can’t believe they’re letting an intern do it. Then again, I can, because I never feel like an intern. I’m integrated into the team just like a regular employee.
Cons: The downside is that they pay Canadians a lot less than Americans, which I understand is ubiquitous, but I would like to see someone break that trend.
