Cons: Work hours do not exist, thus it is not unusual to work 10+ hour days every day.
Poor performing managers abuse their teams, resulting in high turnover.
The same poor performing managers would rather hire, train, and fire until they find a unicorn instead of building their team up.
Company culture has not been the same since remote work started.
Office politics.
