Process
The recruiter contacted me and asked for my schedule. I gave the dates, but she didn't schedule an interview. Then, two weeks later, she contacted me again for more dates. I provided them, and there was silence. The same thing happened four more times until she stopped responding altogether.
This was the worst experience I've ever had with any company.
