Process
I did an on-campus interview. A group of people received a paper of questions, similar to a whiteboard interview. You need to answer the questions correctly, and the employer will check your answers and give you feedback.
Questions
A lot of them are on LeetCode.
e.g.: reverse an array (width: 2 with power of n) using recursion

Talented People, Lit Things
Software Engineer • Former Employee
Santa Clara, California, United States
February 5, 2021
Pros: All people I met there are talented and thoughtful. I admire their characters.
Of course, things going on there are lit. I enjoyed them whole-heartedly.
Cons: Nothing. 99.9% of the reason is that NVIDIA is absolutely great, and the rest is that three months were not enough for me to find cons.

Experience Over Pay, Then Leave
Software Engineer • Former Employee
Santa Clara, California, United States
March 30, 2014
Pros: Learning experience, some good engineers.
Cons: Lower to average pay and benefits. All work, no play. Expect to work on weekends and late nights. If this is your thing, then this is the perfect place for you, if pay is not an issue. The CEO calls all the shots, and everyone follows. There is little to no chance of moving up.
In summary, this is a good place for a college grad to get experience, then leave in a year or two.
