Nvidia is the best one. Employees are very high-skilled and friendly. Especially, managers are very good.
Cons: The California campus is very good, but the Austin campus building is OK.

Pros: - inspiring CEO
- highly talented people
- great compensation plan with RSUs and ESPP that paid off big time
Cons: Some organizations are stuck in a legacy working mode, with highly territorial managers, overhead that crawls everything down to a stop, and low morale among employees. Some people are clearly just tagging along, waiting for their RSUs to vest but not contributing much or trying very hard.
