Received an email from a recruiter for a phone screen interview.

I had a technical phone screen interview for 45 minutes. They asked questions about my resume, work experience, and one coding question on CollabEdit.

I answered quite well. They told me that a decision would be made within one week, but they took three weeks to send the rejection.
