Pros: Very good team and very interesting work. The salary and benefits are incredible. I feel like the company takes care of its employees very well.

Cons: I haven't encountered any inconveniences yet.

Pros: Good compensation. Lunch and dinner (almost free). Food is typically $5.50, and Nvidia pays $5.00. It's easy to work from home since it is an email culture.

Cons: Working weekends. Too much email and less interaction. At the mercy of market forces, so a lot of projects are cancelled. Good work tends to be given to young people, and grunt work to experienced people.

Pros: Stock does well thanks to deep learning.

Cons: This is an extremely aggressive work environment. Most people leave in about two years. The ones that stick around are the ones that thrive in this hostile, aggressive work environment. I've seen people get yelled and screamed at publicly. They also do not value diversity no matter what the company tag line is, and it's a very unhealthy workplace if you are a minority. It is also worth pointing out that this company (despite the stock doing very well) has had one good idea that it has been capitalizing on for years and has failed miserably at everything else it tried pivoting to.
