Pros: Flexible hours, a fun and extremely helpful work environment, fun events, and great projects to work on. The pay is GREAT (GPUs for employees - I ended up getting 3!).
Cons: could be a bit more diverse, but they're working really hard on that. It's great seeing that within the company as an employee.
