Pros: They give you a lot of freedom to work.
No timing restrictions.
You can also work from home.
Thank you.
Cons: They don't motivate the employee regularly.
That is one of the major problems with Nvidia.
Otherwise, it's fine and good.

Pros: They offer discounts on NVIDIA products and a discount on your phone bill. If you work in Santa Clara, there are a few more advantages, but they are not great.
Cons: Too bureaucratic. Management in my area is like a headless chicken.
