After the interview with the Hiring Manager, you will have interviews with the Dev Rel and Bis Dev managers. The process is super slow, but all interviewers are so kind. Patience is required.

Pros: Endless room to learn. Easy to move around. Focus on doing the right thing the right way. Small company feel. Amazing coworkers. Not overworked (depending on team).
Cons: You must be a self-starter to work here. This is a fast-paced company with projects starting and stopping often. There are a few teams with overly political management and directors who just keep failing up.
